Straight answers about how KICKMAAX works.

How do I order?

  1. Choose a product and a UK size or variant, then add it to your cart.
  2. At checkout, enter your United Kingdom shipping details and click Place Order. No payment is taken on the website.
  3. You will immediately see a confirmation with your Order ID.
  4. Our team reviews your order and contacts you by email or phone with payment instructions.
  5. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We then prepare and dispatch your items.

Do you take payment on the website?

  • KICKMAAX does not take online card payments. There is no payment step at checkout and we do not use Stripe or PayPal.
  • After you place an order, we contact you with payment instructions for that order.
  • Your order is only confirmed after your payment has been received and verified.
  • We will never ask for your card number, CVV or passwords by chat or email.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. See shipping information for rates.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
  • To start a return, contact our support team with your Order ID. We will reply with the return instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

Sizing

  • UK sizing is the primary system on every product.
  • Footwear also lists product-specific EU and US mappings plus foot length in centimetres where we have them. These mappings belong to that product — they are not a universal converter.
  • Clothing uses UK sizes (for example UK XS–XXL) with chest, waist, hip and length where they apply.
  • If you are between sizes, use the measurements on that product's size guide, or contact support before ordering.
