How we deliver within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs
- Standard UK delivery is £4.95 per order.
- Express UK delivery is £9.95 per order.
- Standard delivery is free on orders of £250.00 or more.
- Delivery charges are calculated on the server at checkout and shown before you place your order.
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- We confirm the estimated delivery window for your address together with your payment instructions.
- Once your order ships, we send you the tracking details.
How it works
- Choose a product and a UK size or variant, then add it to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your United Kingdom shipping details and click Place Order. No payment is taken on the website.
- You will immediately see a confirmation with your Order ID.
- Our team reviews your order and contacts you by email or phone with payment instructions.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We then prepare and dispatch your items.
Payment
- KICKMAAX does not take online card payments. There is no payment step at checkout and we do not use Stripe or PayPal.
- After you place an order, we contact you with payment instructions for that order.
- Your order is only confirmed after your payment has been received and verified.
- We will never ask for your card number, CVV or passwords by chat or email.
